IREM Michigan’s Industry Partner program is designed to foster professional relationships between chapter members and reputable service providers in the local area. This program offers service providers the opportunity to participate in chapter activities, and at the same time, helps chapter members serve their clients and employers via recommendations of quality vendors.
IREM Michigan has been the source for education, networking, and resources for real estate management professionals since1939. An affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, IREM serves commercial, retail, industrial, and multifamily real estate sectors. IREM Michigan is one of the largest chapters in the US and has over 225 members. Our leaders strive to keep members informed on the latest industry trends, legislative activities and safety standards, as well as providing education seminars, community service opportunities, job referral services, and candidate assistance services.
Program Benefits and Opportunities include:
- *NEW* Bring a Property Manager to an IREM Breakfast Meeting for FREE! (*must not be a current member)
- All IREM events are closed to outside vendors, with the exception of our golf outing and sporting clays events.
- Categories limited to 5 Industry Partners
- Opportunities to network with Michigan's top professional property managers and real estate decision-makers.
- Online listing including your logo, representative's name and link to your company website.
- Listing in printed directory distributed at member meetings and events
- Special badge to wear at member meetings stating that you are an "Industry Partner."
- Opportunities to serve on IREM committees with property management professionals.
- Recognition throughout the year in member communications, social media outlets, and reminders.
- The opportunity to write or provide articles for our emails and social media communications.
- Opportunities to sponsor industry events & discounted sponsorship package at beginning of the year

- Member Meetings Add On $150 add on our 3 member meetings for 2026 [March, May & September]
